At Home in the Vieux Carre: 829 Ursulines Apt. 7

This October 20th step into the world of Jennifer and Jeb Baynum, and take a tour of their hauntingly beautiful French Quarter residence. Jennifer and Jeb are transplants from the East Coast who moved down here after visiting and falling in love with the French Quarter. Jennifer especially has also felt a connection to the French Quarter and introduced Jeb to its magic on his 50th birthday. After a chance encounter with a shop owner who asked them “So when are you moving down here?” They began to hunt for the perfect house. The house they finally decided on was actually 15th on Jennifer’s list of possible houses, but when she walked in it was love at first sight. The rest is history. 
 
Jennifer and Jeb’s house is unique and special, it has a spooky yet cozy vibe and plays host to a clan of Gargoyles. Upstairs is the real showstopper, a room fit for a vampire Queen, and one of Jennifer’s favorite places to hang out. Jennifer states “The slower you go the more fun the rooms become!” which is exactly why Jennifer and Jeb’s house is so special.
